What the service is
Film Atlas Global curates information about AI film opportunities, award-winning films and submission resources. It is not a festival, submission platform, law firm, tax adviser or talent agency.
We do not submit work on your behalf and do not control organiser decisions, eligibility, fees, AI policies or awards. The organiser’s latest official rules and written answers prevail.
Some records are archive material from closed editions. They are labelled as archive and are not open calls.
Accounts
You must provide a mailbox you control. Do not share a one-time code or account access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Email and phone accounts are separate and are not automatically merged. We may suspend or restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, scraping, security attacks or rights violations.
You can sign out at any time. The full account settings and deletion flow are currently in Chinese; contact us if you need assistance.
Submission kits and downloads
Kits are independent working documents, not official entry forms. They may contain English templates and Chinese fill-in guidance. You must check the organiser’s current rules before submitting.
Kits are licensed for your personal or internal team use in preparing a submission. Do not resell, redistribute or publish the ZIPs as a competing product. Do not remove attribution where present.
Download access may be rate-limited and may require an account. Availability is not guaranteed; a kit may be withdrawn if its event or rules change.
Intellectual property
Our editorial text, design, structure and original templates are protected by applicable rights. Film titles, stills, posters, trailers and linked pages remain the property of their creators or other rights holders.
We link to original viewing and award sources; we do not grant rights to films. You are responsible for clearing music, likeness, source material and other rights in your own work.
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact [email protected] with the relevant URL, the work, your contact details and a good-faith explanation.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape at scale, bypass rate limits, probe or attack the service, introduce malware, impersonate another person, or use the service to violate rights or applicable law.
Do not use the site to submit spam, unlawful content or misleading AI disclosures. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary.
Third-party links and commercial relationships
External links are provided for reference. Their terms, privacy practices and availability are controlled by their operators.
Sponsorship, referral or other commercial relationships will be disclosed on the relevant record. Inclusion is not an endorsement or a guarantee of selection.
Paid plans
No paid subscription or checkout is active on Film Atlas Global as of 22 October 2026. If paid plans launch, the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund terms shown at checkout will apply in addition to these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep information accurate but do not warrant completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular submission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, rejected submissions, awards, fees paid to organisers, or third-party platform decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law, including consumer rights in your country.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply to you. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.
