AI workflow and release

How is AI used in the film?

“Light assistance only” means tasks such as spelling or administration, without materially generating or changing the film.

Which tools are used or firmly planned?

Select all that apply. PixVerse generation alone does not mean Canvas was the primary workflow. Other tools can be selected together.

Has the complete film been publicly released?

Trailers or excerpts alone do not count as a full release here. Include the complete film on public video platforms. Screening and password-link rules still need a separate check.

Would you make the full film publicly accessible if the event requires it?

This can affect premiere eligibility elsewhere. Your answer does not give anyone permission to publish your film.

Eligibility and fees

Age eligibility

Entry fee preference

“Free only” does not include a fee that has not been confirmed. No currency conversion or payment is involved.

Optional track-specific questions

Only answer these if relevant to the tracks you are considering. Leaving them undecided means the corresponding requirement will need checking.

Are you studying at a European institution?

Some student tracks require this. We do not ask for a school name or documents here.

Does the film meaningfully address “Africa in 2063”?

For events with this specific theme: its people, cultures or future. An African setting alone does not establish a fit. Choose “Not sure” if unclear.
