For a correction, include the page URL, the disputed statement and a link to the current official source. For a copyright complaint, identify the work, the URL, your contact details and the basis of your complaint.
We aim to acknowledge messages within five business days. Complex rights or data requests may take longer; we will explain if we need more information.
Account and data requests
You can sign in at /en/account/ for email sign-in. Full account settings, export and deletion are currently in Chinese at /account/; contact us if you need assistance.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment card details by email. We will never ask for a one-time code by email.
Security
Report suspected abuse, vulnerabilities or account takeover to [email protected]. Do not test the service in a way that affects other users or sends unsolicited mail.
