Runtime / category	Nine standard Film & TV categories: at least 2 minutes; no common maximum stated. Micro-Drama: 9:16, at least three edited-together episodes of 1–3 minutes each. Film & TV BTS: 1–10 minutes. Check Ad/MV category rules separately.
AI policy	AI required; no universal percentage or sponsor tool.
Premiere / public release	Earlier works allowed, excluding prior Chroma/Project Odyssey entries; public judging link required.
Disclosure	Identify actual tools; tool awards require proof.
Rights / licence	Creators retain ownership. Entry grants ElevenLabs/sponsors a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free licence, including adaptation and product/service promotion, without compensation or prior approval. Optional third-party distribution is additional; declining it does not revoke entry rights.
