Deadline22 November 2026, 23:59 Beijing time (UTC+8)
The official rules use Beijing time. Check the latest call and allow time for upload and a submission receipt.
FeeEntry fee unconfirmed. No explicit charge, fee-free provision or refund terms were established; do not assume free entry.
EligibilityIndividuals and teams may enter. The entrant or team representative needs a valid PRC resident identity card and a +86 mainland-China phone number, regardless of residence. Under-18 entrants need explicit guardian consent; under-14s need a guardian to register and submit, plus separate consent. Organizer staff, judges, core workers and their specified close relatives are excluded.
Runtime / categoryAt least 10 minutes. The public rules do not separately define credit timing or give a maximum length.
AI policyNo required AI tool brand or minimum AI-image percentage is stated. The organizer may require evidence of actual AI use; do not infer that zero-AI or administrative-assistance-only work qualifies.
Premiere / public releaseThe work must first appear through the competition, with no earlier release on a public platform, subject to organizer-authorized exceptions. From submission until the results announcement period ends, keep it public on the designated competition page. Do not independently release it elsewhere, hide it, materially change core content or transfer/authorize it to third parties during that period unless the organizer permits it.
DisclosureThe organizer may check the actual AI stages and require valid process evidence within five working days of notice. Respect the AI provider terms and keep rights records. No specified tool brand or AI-image percentage was found; this does not establish unconditional acceptance of every workflow.
Rights / licenceCreators maintain their existing intellectual-property rights, if any. Entry separately grants the organizer and co-organizers perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive promotional and related rights, including stated adaptation/compilation uses and non-commercial academic uses. All awarded films face exclusive online-distribution rights from award announcement until six months after the competition ends. The top award and professional category awards also carry a three-year priority-negotiation right; later collaboration requires a separate agreement.
