What to prepare
- Enter through the organiser-linked FilmFreeway page with a working email, reviewable film, brief description and poster. Saving or checking an item on Film Atlas is not an entry.
- Identify how AI contributed to the output and which tools were used. No uniform AI percentage or compulsory tool brand was established.
- The published specification accepts HD or higher-quality DCP, MP4, AVI or MOV. DCP is an option, not a confirmed compulsory initial-entry expense.
- Any language is allowed, with English subtitles as appropriate. Confirm which dialogue/text needs translation and the required subtitle format.
- Clear the necessary rights for images, music and third-party material, including copyright, trademarks and privacy. AI generation does not remove these obligations.
- Review the non-exclusive worldwide exhibition, reproduction, distribution and promotional permissions, including clips/stills/titles and music/video, plus credited poster use for book development. Creators retain their other rights.

Rechecked this edition’s official rules and public entry instructions for partial questionnaire checks and a standalone preparation guide. No sign-in, payment, film submission or receipt was tested.
- Applicable runtime and credit timing; actual anime/narrative category fit; complete age, geography and production-year conditions.
- Premiere, previous-release and conflicting screening conditions. Silence is not explicit permission.
- Exact November cutoff/time zone, currency, discount evidence and final payment extras.
- Subtitle scope, final screening files, licence expiry/withdrawal and poster-book scope. Ask about stale Arizona wording against the current Las Vegas venue.
